Lucy Klingler Brooks "Jones" Menjak ? 1990 to March 5, 2005 Gone But Not Forgotten (Never!)
After 15 long and happy (we like to think, even though she was blind in one eye and had a thyroid condition) years of life, Lucy has left us to take her place in kitty heaven. As many of you know, Lucy took up residence with Caroline's sister and brother-in-law in Michigan back in November of last year as we prepared to embark upon our journey. She enjoyed her time there immensely, until just recently, when she was diagnosed with cancer. She was much loved by those who understood her, and formed a strong, loving bond with her new parents. Lucy is survived by her brother Reuben Brooks Badion, parents Scott and Caroline Brooks, aunt and uncle Jennifer and Ivan Menjak and six grandparents. May she rest in peace. Lucy, we will miss you!
